Emily Robinson

Kiwi performer Emily Robinson (she/her) moved to Melbourne in 2022. During her time at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), Emily received the Cassidy Bequest Scholarship, the Dr Richard Simmie and Dr Andrew McAliece Prize, plus the Nordling Award for Music Theatre.

Emily’s credits at the VCA include Jessica Cranshaw/Detective O’ Farrell in Curtains (dir. Roger Hodgman), soloist in Marry Me A Little (dir. Tyran Parke), ensemble in Heathers (dir. Alister Smith), dance captain for Spring Awakening (dir. Petra Kalive) and a soloist in Morning Melodies at Hamer Hall (dir. Jayde Kirchert).

Emily also has a singing YouTube channel where she has a following of 79k subscribers. 

Emily played the role of Jane in Tarzan – The Stage Musical (James Terry Collective) and the role of Little Fan in A Christmas Carol (GWB Entertainment.)

Emily recently performed in Waitress The Musical (Crossroads), understudying the lead role of Jenna.
