Abigail Dixon

Hailing from Manchester, UK, Abigail is a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University (Bachelor of Musical Theatre.)  Whilst studying, she had the privilege of portraying Rizzo in Grease (Dir. Alister Smith), both at the Conservatorium Theatre and in its revival at QPAC. She also played Rosie Cover/ Ensemble in The Show Co’s production of Mamma Mia! (Dir. Tanya Mitford) and Paulette in Legally Blonde the Musical (Dir. Penny Farrow).

Credits prior to commencing her studies include Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray, Ms Fleming in Heathers, Fiona in The Removalists and Susan in Ruben Guthrie.

In 2023, Abigail appeared in Christ Almighty: A Comedy of Biblical Proportions at the Seymour Centre, Sydney. Abigail has also toured with Meerkat Productions in two productions for CBCA Book Week– Stellarphant and The Detective’s Guide for Ocean Travel. 

Abigail played the role of Molly Brown in Titanique for Michael Cassel Group.
